L’Olive de mer

Description

n.f. Scientific name: ‘donax’. Small shellfish from the donacidae family of bean clams with pastel-coloured shells that live in the sand on the water’s edge.

The Mediterranean name for a smooth, rounded body of glass with smatterings of Cretan blue and white, complemented by Kartell furnishings and several touches of green.

Several classic brasserie-style dishes are on the menu, combining a range of cuisine such as Italian, Spanish, Turkish and Corsican. Wearing a bandana in pirate fashion, Nicolas takes you on a culinary trip.
